Ingredients

- 2 pounds sirloin steak
- 1/2 tablespoon avocado oil
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 6 cloves garlic
- 1/4 cup parsley
- Green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Heat avocado oil in skillet
- Season steak bites evenly
- Sear steak bites for 2 to 3 minutes per side
- Remove steak and cook garlic briefly
- Add butter and parsley
- Return steak and baste
- Rest 5 minutes before serving

- Use cast iron skillet for best crust
- Do not overcrowd skillet
