4 brioche buns
2 cups shredded lettuce
1 tomato sliced
1/2 red onion sliced
Dill pickles
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp yellow mustard
Instructions
- Divide beef into 8 portions
Roll loosely into balls
Prep toppings
Toast buns
Heat skillet
Smash patties onto hot skillet
Season and cook
Flip and add cheese
Stack patties
Assemble burgers and serve
