2 tbsp unsalted butter
2 scallions, finely chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1 large egg
1 tsp hot sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup panko breadcrumbs
Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions
- Melt butter in a skillet and sauté scallions and garlic until soft and fragrant.
Add chopped lobster meat and parsley, then remove from heat.
