- Creamy chicken ceasar salad made with juicy chicken, crispy bacon, crunchy croutons, and yogurt-based dressing for a healthy 30-minute meal.
Ingredients

- 400g chicken mini fillets or strips
1 tbsp olive oil
3 slices white bread
2 garlic cloves
140g smoked streaky bacon
1 large romaine lettuce
60g Parmesan cheese
250g natural yogurt
Juice of 1 lemon
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp Dijon mustard
Salt and black pepper
Instructions
- Toast bread and rub with garlic to make croutons.
Cook bacon until crispy and set aside.
Cook chicken in olive oil until golden and cooked through.
Blend yogurt, lemon, olive oil, honey, mustard, garlic, salt, and pepper to make dressing.
Toss lettuce with dressing, then add chicken, bacon, croutons, and Parmesan.
Serve immediately fresh.
