Description

  • Crispy, spicy Buffalo wings baked or air-fried and tossed in a classic buttery hot sauce.

Ingredients

  1. 2 lbs chicken wings
  2. 1 tbsp baking powder
  3. 1/2 tsp salt
  4. 1/2 cup hot sauce (like Frankโ€™s RedHot)
  5. 1/4 cup melted butter
  6. 1/2 tsp garlic powder (optional)

Instructions

  • Pat wings dry with paper towels.
  • Toss with baking powder and salt.
  • Refrigerate uncovered for 30 minutes (optional).
  • Preheat oven to 425ยฐF or air fryer to 400ยฐF.
  • Bake for 45 mins or air fry for 20 mins, flipping halfway.
  • In a saucepan, melt butter and mix with hot sauce.
  • Toss cooked wings in the sauce and serve immediately.

Notes

  1. You can broil for 2โ€“3 minutes after baking for extra crisp.
  2. Serve with ranch or blue cheese and celery sticks.
