Ingredients
Scale
- 6 Roma tomatoes
1/3 cup basil
5 garlic cloves
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp olive oil
1 baguette
1/3 cup parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Dice tomatoes and remove excess juice
Mix with basil, garlic, olive oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper
Let mixture rest for 30 minutes
Slice baguette and brush with olive oil
Bake at 400°F for 5 minutes, broil until golden
Top bread with tomato mixture and serve immediately
