Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare your pie crust.
- In a large bowl, whisk together pumpkin puree, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, eggs, and evaporated milk until smooth.
- Pour mixture into the crust and bake for 45–50 minutes, or until set in the center.
- While baking, prepare the apple crisp topping by mixing oats, brown sugar, and melted butter.
- For a pecan topping, combine pecans with maple syrup and spread evenly on a parchment-lined pan. Toast for 10 minutes.
- Let desserts cool slightly before serving. Top with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream for an extra treat.
