- 2 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into fries
- 1 ½ tbsp olive oil or avocado oil
- ½ tsp saltn½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp paprika (optional)
- ¼ tsp garlic or onion powder
Instructions
- Wash, peel, and cut sweet potatoes into ¼-inch thick sticks.
- Soak in cold water for 15 minutes to remove excess starch.
- Pat dry completely with a towel.
- Toss with oil and seasonings in a large bowl.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F for 3–5 minutes.
- Place fries in a single layer in basket.
- Air fry for 12–15 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- Cook an extra 2–3 minutes if needed for extra crispiness.
- Serve hot with dipping sauce.

- Avoid overcrowding the basket for best results.
- Add 1 tsp cornstarch for extra crunch before seasoning.
- Use smoked paprika for a BBQ twist.
