Instructions
- Combine water, salt, and sugar. Add ice and chicken. Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight.
- Mix flour, cornstarch, and seasonings in a bowl.
- Whisk eggs and water for egg wash.
- Dredge chicken in flour, dip in egg wash, coat again in flour.
