Description
A fun and spooky Spiderweb Taco Dip layered with beans, guacamole, cheese, and a sour cream spiderweb. Perfect for Halloween parties, potlucks, or festive lunches.

- 16 oz can refried beans
- 2 tbsp taco seasoning
- 1/4 cup taco sauce
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 tsp lime juice
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Pinch garlic powder
- 1/2 cup sliced black olives
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped ripe tomato
- 1 green onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2–3 tbsp milk (for thinning)
- Plastic squirt bottle (optional)
- Plastic spider ring (optional)
- Warm tortilla chips (for serving)
Instructions
- Mix refried beans, taco seasoning, and taco sauce; warm slightly.
- Spread mixture in bottom of glass pie plate.
- Mash avocado with lime juice, salt, and garlic powder to make guacamole.
- Spread guacamole over bean layer.
- Thin sour cream with milk and place in squirt bottle or bag.
- Draw spiderweb on guacamole using sour cream mixture.
- Sprinkle cheese, olives, tomato, and green onion around edges.
- Place plastic spider in the center for decoration (do not eat).
- Serve with warm tortilla chips.
Notes
- To make this ahead, prep the layers and assemble just before serving.
- Use Greek yogurt for a healthier swap.
- Serve with sliced bell peppers or cucumbers for a low-carb option.
