- 2 cups chicken or vegetable broth
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced

- 1 egg, soft-boiled

Instructions
- Boil broth in a saucepan and add garlic and ginger.
- Add ramen noodles and cook for 3–4 minutes until just tender.
- Stir in soy sauce and sesame oil.
- Transfer to bowl and top with egg and optional toppings.
