- 1/4 cup sour cream or heavy cream
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F and line muffin tin with liners.
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar in a bowl.
- Press mixture into muffin liners and bake for 5 minutes.
- Beat softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Add sugar, then eggs one at a time, mixing gently.
- Stir in vanilla and cream. Mix until smooth.
- Spoon filling over crusts, filling almost to the top.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes until centers slightly jiggle.
- Cool completely, then refrigerate at least 4 hours.
- Add desired toppings before serving.
