  8. 1 tsp onion powder
  9. 1 tsp salt
  10. 1/2 tsp black pepper
  11. 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  12. 1/2 cup ketchup
  13. 2 tbsp brown sugar
  14. 1 tsp mustard

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet.
  • In a large bowl, gently mix meat, breadcrumbs, eggs, milk, onion, and seasonings.
  • Form into a loaf on the baking sheet.
  • Mix glaze ingredients and spread half over the loaf.
  • Bake for 50–65 minutes until internal temperature hits 160°F.
  • Apply remaining glaze during last 15 minutes.
  • Rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
