- 2 lbs ground beef
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup grated onion
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp mustard
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet.
- In a large bowl, gently mix meat, breadcrumbs, eggs, milk, onion, and seasonings.
- Form into a loaf on the baking sheet.
- Mix glaze ingredients and spread half over the loaf.
- Bake for 50–65 minutes until internal temperature hits 160°F.
- Apply remaining glaze during last 15 minutes.
- Rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
