- These crockpot honey garlic meatballs are the perfect lazy dinner for busy nights. Sweet, savory, and sticky – they simmer all day while you do other things. Great served over rice or noodles.

- 1 bag (26 oz) frozen meatballs
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp cornstarch (optional, for thickening)
- 2 tbsp water (if using cornstarch)
- Green onions or sesame seeds (for garnish)
Instructions
- Add frozen meatballs to your crockpot.
- In a bowl, whisk together honey, ketchup, soy sauce, garlic, and onion powder.
- Pour sauce over the meatballs in the crockpot and stir to coat evenly.
- Cook on LOW for 4–5 hours or HIGH for 2–3 hours.
- (Optional) To thicken sauce: Mix cornstarch and water in a small bowl, stir into the crockpot 30 minutes before serving.
- Serve meatballs over rice, noodles, or as an appetizer.
- Garnish with green onions or sesame seeds.
Notes
- You can substitute with turkey or chicken meatballs for a lighter version. This recipe doubles easily for meal prep or parties. Leftovers store well in the fridge for up to 4 days.
