Ingredients

  1. Lasagna noodles
  2. Ground beef or Italian sausage
  3. Onion
  4. Garlic
  5. Tomato sauce
  6. Crushed tomatoes
  7. Italian seasoning
  8. Fresh basil
  9. Ricotta cheese
  10. Egg
  11. Parmesan cheese
  12. Mozzarella cheese
  13. Salt and pepper

Instructions

  • Brown beef and onion in a skillet. Drain fat.
  • Add garlic, tomatoes, and seasonings. Simmer for 20 minutes.
  • Mix ricotta, egg, Parmesan, salt, and pepper.
  • Boil noodles if not oven-ready.
