- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 1/4 cup dill pickles, chopped
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tbsp sugar-free ketchup
- 1 tbsp mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until cooked through.
- Add onions and cook until translucent.
- Stir in chopped pickles, ketchup, and mustard.
- Mix in shredded cheese until melted and combined.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve over cauliflower rice or on its own.
