- 1 medium zucchini, chopped
- 1 cup shredded cheddar
- 1/4 cup cream cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Stir in chopped zucchini and cook for 3–5 minutes.
- Mix in cream cheese until melted and creamy.
- Transfer mixture to a casserole dish and top with cheddar.
- Bake at 375°F for 15 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
- Serve hot with your favorite keto sides.
