- 12 oz sugar-free dark chocolate chips
- 1/2 tsp peppermint extract
- 1/4 cup crushed sugar-free peppermint candies
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in a double boiler or microwave.
- Stir in peppermint extract and pour mixture onto baking sheet.
- Spread evenly and sprinkle with crushed peppermint.
- Chill in fridge for 30 minutes until firm.
