Instructions
Add chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, garlic, and salt to a food processor.Blend until mostly smooth.Drizzle olive oil while blending.Add cold water gradually until creamy.Spread hummus into bowls and create swirls.Arrange bowls on large board.Add vegetables, pita, and toppings around hummus.Garnish with olive oil and herbs before serving.
