Ingredients

- 2 cups hummus
1 Lebanese cucumber, finely diced
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, chopped
2 tablespoons marinated red peppers, sliced
3 radishes, finely chopped
3 spring onions, sliced
2 tablespoons kalamata olives, chopped
2 tablespoons fresh dill
Sea salt and cracked black pepper
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Toasted baguette
Crackers
Lavosh
Pita chips
Fresh vegetable sticks
Instructions
- Spread hummus onto a large serving board and create swoops with the back of a spoon.
Evenly sprinkle cucumber, tomatoes, radishes, red peppers, and spring onions over the hummus.
Add chopped olives and fresh dill.
Season lightly with salt and cracked black pepper.
Drizzle lemon juice and olive oil over the top.
Arrange baguette slices, crackers, lavosh, pita chips, and vegetable sticks around the hummus.
Serve immediately and enjoy.
