- 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded
- 2 cups broccoli florets, steamed
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup whole grain breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil spray (optional, for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a medium casserole dish.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, steamed broccoli, Greek yogurt, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to the casserole dish and spread evenly.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheese on top, followed by the breadcrumbs.
- Lightly spray with olive oil if desired to help brown the top.
- Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
