Ingredients

- 1 3/4 lb chicken breast
- 3 cups pineapple chunks
- 1 1/2 bell peppers
- 1 red onion
- 1/3 cup ketchup
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup pineapple juice
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 1 1/2 tbsp vinegar
- 4 garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp ginger
- 1/2 tsp sesame oil salt and pepper
Instructions
- Prepare marinade by mixing all ingredients
- Marinate chicken for 1 hour
- Assemble skewers with chicken, pineapple, and vegetables
-  Preheat grill to 400°F
- Â Grill 5 minutes each side brushing marinade
-  Cook until chicken reaches 165°F
- Serve hot with sides
