- These Halloween ghost strawberries are the perfect mix of spooky and sweet! With only 3 ingredients and 15 minutes, you’ll have a fun treat ready to go.

- 1 pint fresh strawberries, rinsed and fully dried
- 8 oz white melting chocolate or almond bark
- 1 oz milk or dark melting chocolate (for faces)
- Parchment paper
Instructions
- Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- Melt white chocolate on low heat, stirring constantly until smooth.
- Dip each strawberry into melted chocolate and drag slightly on parchment to form a ghost tail.
- Let set at room temperature until firm.
- Melt dark or milk chocolate and transfer to a zip-top bag with a tiny cut corner.
- Pipe eyes and mouth onto each strawberry to create a ghost face.
- Chill for 10 minutes or until completely set.
Notes
- Make sure strawberries are completely dry before dipping.
- Add coconut oil to thin chocolate if needed.
- Store in airtight container in fridge up to 24 hours.
