  • These Halloween ghost strawberries are the perfect mix of spooky and sweet! With only 3 ingredients and 15 minutes, you’ll have a fun treat ready to go.

Ingredients

  1. 1 pint fresh strawberries, rinsed and fully dried
  2. 8 oz white melting chocolate or almond bark
  3. 1 oz milk or dark melting chocolate (for faces)
  4. Parchment paper

Instructions

  • Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  • Melt white chocolate on low heat, stirring constantly until smooth.
  • Dip each strawberry into melted chocolate and drag slightly on parchment to form a ghost tail.
  • Let set at room temperature until firm.
  • Melt dark or milk chocolate and transfer to a zip-top bag with a tiny cut corner.
  • Pipe eyes and mouth onto each strawberry to create a ghost face.
  • Chill for 10 minutes or until completely set.

Notes

  1. Make sure strawberries are completely dry before dipping.
  2. Add coconut oil to thin chocolate if needed.
  3. Store in airtight container in fridge up to 24 hours.
