Ingredients
Scale
- 250 g dark chocolate
- 150 g powdered sugar
- 150 g butter
- 3 eggs
- 60 g flour
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp powdered sugar (for decorating)
Instructions
- Melt the butter and dark chocolate in a saucepan or microwave-safe bowl until smooth.
- Stir in powdered sugar, vanilla sugar, flour, salt, and eggs until the batter is completely smooth.
- Pour into a greased baking pan and bake for 15 minutes in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F). Let sit in the turned-off oven for 5 minutes.
- Once cooled, cut into 6–8 cm brownie squares.
- Use Halloween-themed paper stencils (bats, ghosts, pumpkins), place them on brownies, sprinkle with powdered sugar, then gently remove the stencils. Serve and enjoy!
Notes
- Decorate just before serving to keep powdered sugar fresh. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days. For freezing, wrap individual brownies and store for up to 2 months.
