Description

  • These Halloween brownies are rich, fudgy, and frightfully fun! Decorated with spooky stencils or candy eyes, they’re perfect for parties, kid-friendly fun, or make-ahead treats for fall. A simple batter turns into an unforgettable seasonal dessert that everyone will love.

Ingredients

  1. 250 g dark chocolate
  2. 150 g powdered sugar
  3. 150 g butter
  4. 3 eggs
  5. 60 g flour
  6. 1 packet vanilla sugar
  7. 1 pinch of salt
  8. 1 tbsp powdered sugar (for decorating)

Instructions

  • Melt the butter and dark chocolate in a saucepan or microwave-safe bowl until smooth.
  • Stir in powdered sugar, vanilla sugar, flour, salt, and eggs until the batter is completely smooth.
  • Pour into a greased baking pan and bake for 15 minutes in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F). Let sit in the turned-off oven for 5 minutes.
  • Once cooled, cut into 6–8 cm brownie squares.
  • Use Halloween-themed paper stencils (bats, ghosts, pumpkins), place them on brownies, sprinkle with powdered sugar, then gently remove the stencils. Serve and enjoy!

Notes

  1. Decorate just before serving to keep powdered sugar fresh. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days. For freezing, wrap individual brownies and store for up to 2 months.
