Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (or air fryer to 330°F).
- In a large bowl, mix Greek yogurt and flour until dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface until smooth.
- Divide into 4 parts, roll each into a rope, and form into bagels.
- Brush with egg wash or water, add toppings.
- Bake 22–25 minutes or air fry 10–12 minutes, until golden.
- Cool for 5 minutes before slicing or serving.
