Instructions
- Dust your work surface and rolling pin with cornstarch.
- Roll fondant to 1/16 inch thickness.
- Cut 4-inch circles using a cookie cutter or knife.
- Frost each cupcake evenly with chocolate frosting.
- Place fondant circle over a lollipop and form a ghost shape.
- Insert ghost lollipop upright into cupcake.
- Dot on eyes with black decorating gel.
