- 2 1/4 cups flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3/4 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup Fruity Pebbles cereal
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheet.
- In a bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Cream butter, sugar, and brown sugar until fluffy.
- Add eggs and vanilla, mixing until combined.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture.
- Gently fold in Fruity Pebbles cereal.
- Scoop dough into balls and place 2 inches apart.
- Press extra cereal on top if desired.
- Bake for 10–13 minutes until edges are golden.
- Let cool on pan for 5 minutes before transferring.
Notes
- Chill dough for 15 minutes to prevent spreading.
- Add white chocolate chips or marshmallows for variation.
- Use gluten-free flour for a GF version.
