Description

  • Fruity Pebbles Cookies are soft, buttery cookies filled with colorful cereal crunch. Perfect for birthdays, holidays, or anytime you want a playful dessert.

Ingredients

  1. 2 1/4 cups flour
  2. 1 tsp baking soda
  3. 1/2 tsp salt
  4. 3/4 cup butter, softened
  5. 1/2 cup sugar
  6. 1/2 cup brown sugar
  7. 1 Tbsp vanilla
  8. 2 eggs
  9. 1 cup Fruity Pebbles cereal

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheet.
  • In a bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, and salt.
  • Cream butter, sugar, and brown sugar until fluffy.
  • Add eggs and vanilla, mixing until combined.
  • Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture.
  • Gently fold in Fruity Pebbles cereal.
  • Scoop dough into balls and place 2 inches apart.
  • Press extra cereal on top if desired.
  • Bake for 10–13 minutes until edges are golden.
  • Let cool on pan for 5 minutes before transferring.

Notes

  1. Chill dough for 15 minutes to prevent spreading.
  2. Add white chocolate chips or marshmallows for variation.
  3. Use gluten-free flour for a GF version.
