- ¾ teaspoon salt
- ¾ teaspoon smoked paprika
- ¾ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¾ teaspoon onion powder
- ¾ teaspoon cumin
- 3 tablespoons butter or olive oil
- 3 lemon wedges
- Fresh parsley or cilantro
Instructions
- Thaw shrimp in cold water for 10–15 minutes.
- Drain and pat shrimp dry completely.
- Season shrimp with spices and salt.
- Heat butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook shrimp 1–2 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
- Squeeze lemon juice and garnish with herbs.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- Do not overcook shrimp or it will turn rubbery.
