  6. 1½ cups mixed vegetables
  7. ½ cup shredded or crumbled cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F.
  • Whisk eggs, milk, garlic, salt, and pepper until frothy.
  • Heat olive oil in skillet and sauté vegetables.
  • Pour egg mixture over vegetables evenly.
  • Sprinkle cheese on top.
