Description

Ingredients

  1. 6 apples, peeled and sliced
  2. 1/2 cup brown sugar
  3. 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  4. 1 tsp cinnamon
  5. 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  6. 1 tbsp lemon juice
  7. 1/2 cup butter, melted
  8. 3/4 cup rolled oats
  9. 1/2 cup flour
  10. 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  • Grease your slow cooker and place the sliced apples inside.
  • In a small bowl, mix together brown sugar, granulated sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and lemon juice. Pour over apples.
  • In another bowl, combine oats, flour, salt, and melted butter to make the crumble topping.
  • Sprinkle crumble mixture evenly over the apples.
  • Cover and cook on low for 3–4 hours or until apples are soft and topping is golden.
  • Serve warm with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.

Notes
