- These freezer meals are perfect for busy weeknights, made ahead and ready to go from freezer to oven or slow cooker.
Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1 can black beans
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 jar salsa
- 1 tsp cumin
- tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
- Divide into 2 labeled freezer bags.
- Flatten bags and freeze.
- To serve, thaw slightly and dump into slow cooker.
- Cook on low 6–8 hours.
- Top with fresh cilantro or cheese.
