Ingredients

Scale
  1. 1 (8-ounce) round brie cheese, chilled
  2. Honey, for drizzling
  3. Chopped toasted pecans, for sprinkling

  5. Fresh rosemary or thyme sprigs, for garnish

  7. Apple slices
  8. Grapes

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Place the chilled brie on the baking sheet and bake for 8 to 10 minutes, or until soft in the middle.
  • Remove from the oven and carefully transfer to a serving dish.
  • Drizzle generously with honey and sprinkle with pecans and flaky salt.
  • Garnish with rosemary or thyme and serve with baguette, apple slices, and grapes.

Notes
