These easy Halloween cocktails are quick to make and perfect for any spooky celebration. Includes both a fun vodka cocktail and a kid-friendly mocktail version.

- Cocktail Version:
- 1 ½ ounces vodka (3 tablespoons)
- ½ ounce blue curacao (1 tablespoon)
- ½ ounce grenadine (1 tablespoon)
- 4 ounces lemonade (½ cup)
- Lemon wedges
- Ping pong eyeballs or gummy eyeballs
- Mocktail Version:
- ½ ounce grenadine (1 tablespoon)
- 2 drops blue food coloring
- 6 ounces lemonade (or half lemonade, half lemon-lime soda)
- Lemon wedges
- Ping pong eyeballs or gummy eyeballs
Instructions
- Cut a thick lemon ring (¼ inch) and slice into wedges. Cut a small slit on each wedge to fit glass rims. Set aside.
- In a cocktail shaker, combine vodka, blue curacao, and grenadine with ice. Shake until very cold.
- Fill cocktail glass with ice and strain the shaker mixture into the glass.
- Top with lemonade until full.
- Garnish with lemon wedge and eyeball. Serve immediately.
- Mocktail Instructions:
- Add grenadine and blue food coloring to a glass. Stir to make a purple base.
- Fill the glass with ice.
- Top with lemonade (or lemon-lime soda if using). Stir gently.
- Garnish with lemon wedge and gummy eyeball. Serve cold.
Notes
- Use ping pong balls for floating eyeballs in the cocktail version (not edible).
- For edible garnish, use gummy eyeballs or candy worms.
- To make ahead, prep all garnishes and keep liquids chilled until serving.
