Description

  • Peanut Butter Blossoms are a classic Christmas cookie with a soft peanut butter base and a sweet chocolate center. Perfect for gifting or holiday trays.

Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  2. 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  3. 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  4. 1/2 cup peanut butter
  5. 1 large egg
  6. 1 tsp vanilla extract
  7. 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
  8. 1 tsp baking soda
  9. 1/2 tsp salt
  10. Additional sugar for rolling
  11. 24 Hershey’s Kisses

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Cream butter, sugars, and peanut butter together until smooth.
  • Add egg and vanilla; beat until combined.
  • Whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl.
  • Gradually mix dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until a dough forms.
  • Roll dough into 1-inch balls and roll each ball in sugar.
  • Place on baking sheet and bake for 8–10 minutes.
  • Immediately press a chocolate kiss into each cookie’s center.
  • Let cool on the pan for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.

Notes

  1. You can chill the dough for 20 minutes for firmer cookies.
  2. Store in airtight container for up to 1 week or freeze for up to 1 month.
