Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix flour, yeast, and salt.
- Add warm water and stir until dough forms.
- Cover and let sit at room temperature for 12–18 hours.
- Preheat oven to 450°F. Place Dutch oven inside.
- Turn dough onto floured surface, shape loosely, and rest 30 min.
- Place dough in Dutch oven, cover, and bake 30 minutes.
- Remove lid and bake 10–15 more minutes until golden brown.
- Cool on rack before slicing.
Notes
- For crispier crust, let cool uncovered. Add herbs or garlic for flavor twists.
