Instructions

  • Turn dough onto floured surface, shape loosely, and rest 30 min.
  • Place dough in Dutch oven, cover, and bake 30 minutes.
  • Remove lid and bake 10–15 more minutes until golden brown.
  • Cool on rack before slicing.
