- 2 salmon fillets, cut into chunks
- 1 tbsp olive oil or avocado spray
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp dried parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 390°F (200°C) for 3 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix salmon chunks with oil, garlic, melted butter, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Place seasoned salmon in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 7–9 minutes, shaking once halfway through.
- Garnish with dried parsley and serve immediately.
Notes
- Use skinless salmon for best results. You can substitute garlic powder for fresh garlic in a pinch.
