- 2 chicken breasts (about 1 lb)
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon parsley
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 10 oz can Rotel (not drained)
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 2 cups shredded Colby Jack cheese
- ¼ cup sour cream
- 1 lb spaghetti
Instructions
- Spray crockpot with nonstick spray. Add chicken breasts, seasonings, garlic, cream of chicken soup, and Rotel. Lightly stir.
- Cook on LOW for 4–6 hours until chicken is tender.
- Remove chicken, shred or cube it, then return to crockpot.
- Stir in cheese and sour cream until melted and smooth.
- Cook spaghetti separately, drain, then stir into the crockpot. Mix well and serve.
Notes
- Slightly undercook spaghetti to prevent mushiness.
- Use Velveeta for a meltier texture.
- Add frozen peas or bell peppers for extra veggies.
