- 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
- 2 cups uncooked pasta (penne or rotini)
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup milk
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease a 9×13 baking dish.
- In a large bowl, combine cream of chicken soup, sour cream, milk, and seasonings.
- Add cooked chicken and uncooked pasta to the bowl. Mix well.
- Pour mixture into baking dish and spread evenly.
- Top with shredded cheese.
- Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake another 10–15 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with parsley if desired.
Notes
- You can substitute Greek yogurt for sour cream.
- Add frozen peas or broccoli for extra veggies.
