  2. Cooking spray
  3. 1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
  4. 4 Tbsp melted buttern½ cup brown sugar
  5. 1 tsp ground cinnamonnPinch kosher salt
  6. ½ cup heavy creamn8 oz. cream cheese
  7. 4 Tbsp softened butter
  8. 1 cup powdered sugar
  9. 1 tsp vanilla extract
  10. Pinch kosher salt

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13 pan. Prepare cake as directed on box and bake for 20 minutes.
  • Let the cake cool slightly. Use a spoon handle to poke holes all over the top.
  • Whisk together sweetened condensed milk, butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Pour over the cake, letting it seep into holes.
  • Whip the heavy cream to stiff peaks. Separately, beat cream cheese and softened butter until smooth. Add sugar, vanilla, and salt, then fold in whipped cream.
  • Spread frosting over the cooled cake.
  • Refrigerate for 20 minutes before serving.
