- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 3/4 cup crushed pretzels
- 1 cup holiday M&Ms
- 1/2 cup toffee or caramel bits
- 1/4 cup Christmas sprinkles
- Optional: 1/2 cup chopped pecans, mini marshmallows, crushed peppermint
Instructions
- Cream butter and both sugars until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs and vanilla; mix until smooth.
- In another bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, and salt. Add to wet mix.
- Fold in chocolate chips, pretzels, M&Ms, sprinkles, and extras.
- Scoop dough onto lined baking sheet using cookie scoop.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 9–12 minutes, until edges are golden.
- Top warm cookies with extra M&Ms or sprinkles.
Notes
- Chill dough for 30 minutes for thicker cookies.
- Store in airtight container for 5–7 days.
- Freeze dough balls for up to 3 months.
