- 6 large eggs
- 2 cups whole milk

- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp cinnamon

Instructions
- Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish with butter.
- Layer slices of brioche in the dish.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, cream, sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon.
- Pour the mixture evenly over the bread.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) in the morning.
- Bake uncovered for 45–50 minutes or until golden and set.
- Serve warm with maple syrup.
