- 2 cups broccoli florets

- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp neutral oil (like avocado or canola)
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce (if using), sesame oil, cornstarch, and water to form the sauce.
- Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add chicken slices and cook until golden and cooked through (about 4–5 minutes). Remove and set aside.
- Add garlic and ginger to the skillet and sauté for 30 seconds.
- Add broccoli and bell pepper. Stir-fry for 3–4 minutes until tender-crisp.
- Return chicken to the skillet and pour in the sauce.
- Stir everything together until evenly coated and sauce thickens.
- Serve hot with steamed rice or noodles.
