- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper Juice of
- 1/2 lemon Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Pound chicken breasts to even thickness.
- Season both sides with salt pepper and paprika.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium high heat.
- Sear chicken 5 to 6 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Add garlic and butter to the pan and spoon over chicken.
- Cook until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Remove from heat and rest for 5 minutes.
- Squeeze lemon juice over top and garnish with parsley before serving.
