- 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 (8 oz) block cream cheese
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan
- 12 ounces penne pasta, cooked separately
Instructions
- Place chicken in the bottom of the slow cooker and season evenly.
- Add garlic, onion, cream soup, cream cheese, and broth on top.
- Cook on LOW for 6-7 hours or HIGH for 3-4 hours.
- Remove chicken and shred thoroughly.
- Return shredded chicken to slow cooker and stir until creamy.
- Cook pasta separately until al dente and drain.
- Stir pasta into sauce and top with cheeses.
- Cover and cook for 10-15 minutes until cheese melts.
- Serve warm.

- Store leftovers in airtight container up to 4 days.
- Add milk or broth when reheating to keep sauce creamy.
- Freeze chicken and sauce separately from pasta for best texture.
