- 4 cups broccoli florets (fresh or frozen)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp olive oil
- Optional: 1/4 cup grated parmesan for topping
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Blanch broccoli for 2-3 minutes. Drain and pat dry.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, heavy cream, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Toss broccoli with cheese mixture.
- Pour into greased baking dish. Sprinkle cheddar and parmesan on top.
- Bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- You can swap cheddar for mozzarella or Gruyère.
- For a keto version, skip the parmesan topping and use full-fat cheese.
