  9. ½ tsp sea salt
  10. ½ cup rainbow sprinkles

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, whisk flour, cornstarch, baking soda, and salt.
  • In a large bowl, cream softened butter, sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  • Add egg and vanilla, mix until fully combined.
  • Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture; mix until just combined.
  • Fold in rainbow sprinkles gently.
  • Roll into 1–1½ inch dough balls. Chill for 15–30 minutes.
  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Bake 9–11 minutes until edges are just golden.
  • Cool on sheet 2–3 minutes, then transfer to rack.
