Instructions

- Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture; mix until just combined.

- Roll into 1–1½ inch dough balls. Chill for 15–30 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Bake 9–11 minutes until edges are just golden.
- Cool on sheet 2–3 minutes, then transfer to rack.
