- n1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp honey (or sugar)
- ½ tsp smoked paprika
- ½ tsp chili powder
- ¼ tsp cumin
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Optional: ½ tsp sriracha or hot sauce
Instructions
- Whisk mayonnaise and sour cream in a bowl until smooth.
- Add lime juice, zest, and minced garlic.
- Mix in honey, paprika, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Add optional hot sauce for more heat.
