Ingredients

  2. ½ cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
  3. 2 tbsp lime juice
  4. 1 tsp lime zest
  5. n1 clove garlic, minced
  6. 1 tsp honey (or sugar)
  7. ½ tsp smoked paprika
  8. ½ tsp chili powder
  9. ¼ tsp cumin
  10. Salt and black pepper to taste
  11. Optional: ½ tsp sriracha or hot sauce

Instructions

  • Whisk mayonnaise and sour cream in a bowl until smooth.
  • Add lime juice, zest, and minced garlic.
  • Mix in honey, paprika, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  • Add optional hot sauce for more heat.
  • Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
